Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Wround mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği ayrı bir belgede açıklanır: Gizlilik Politikası.

1. Hizmet

Wround, harf halkası üzerinde soru cevaplanan bir bilgi ve kelime oyunudur. Sorular editör ekibimizce yazılır ve yayına girmeden önce incelenir. Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir; reklamsız kullanım için isteğe bağlı bir abonelik sunulur.

2. Hesap

Hesap açmak için geçerli bir e-posta adresi ya da Google/Apple hesabı gerekir.
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesabı Sil.
Bir kişi tek hesap kullanmalıdır.

3. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım

Otomasyon, betik, hile aracı veya uygulamayı değiştirilmiş bir sürümle kullanmak
Skorları, liderlik tablolarını, turnuvaları veya meydan okumaları manipüle etmeye çalışmak
Rahatsız edici, hakaret içeren veya başkasını yanıltan bir görünen ad seçmek
Uygulamanın altyapısına aşırı yük bindirmek veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak
Uygulama içeriğini (soru metinleri dahil) izinsiz çoğaltmak veya ticari olarak kullanmak

Bu kurallara aykırı kullanımda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.

4. Wround Premium aboneliği

Premium; reklamların kaldırılmasını, sınırsız meydan okuma başlatmayı ve tüm turnuvalara katılımı kapsar.
Abonelik aylıktır ve otomatik yenilenir. Ücret, satın alma ekranında gösterilen tutardır ve mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı ücretle yenilenir.
İptal, mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yapılır (App Store veya Google Play). İptal ettiğinizde ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar Premium açık kalır.
Ödemeyi mağaza alır; kart veya banka bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. İade talepleri de ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
Premium'un içeriği zaman içinde geliştirilebilir. Aboneliğin temel faydası (reklamsızlık ve sınırsız kullanım) esaslı biçimde azaltılacak olursa, yenilemeden önce bilgilendirilirsiniz.

5. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde tur bitiminde geçiş reklamı gösterilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob aracılığıyla sunulur; ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın. Premium abonelerine reklam gösterilmez.

6. İçerik ve fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tüm sorular, metinler, tasarım ve yazılım Wround'a aittir. Kişisel kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.

7. Hizmetin sürekliliği

Uygulamayı olabildiğince kesintisiz sunmaya çalışırız, ancak bakım, güncelleme veya teknik nedenlerle geçici kesintiler olabilir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı yönünde bir taahhüt verilmez.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınırlama, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan yasal haklarınızı etkilemez.

9. Koşullarda değişiklik

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır. Esaslı bir değişiklikte uygulama içinden bilgilendirme yapılır.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Wround mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. How your data is handled is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Wround is a knowledge and word game played around a ring of letters. Questions are written and reviewed by our editorial team before going live. The App is free and ad-supported; an optional subscription removes the ads.

2. Your account

An account requires a valid e-mail address or a Google/Apple account.
You are responsible for your account's security and for activity carried out through it.
You can delete your account at any time in the App: Profile → Delete Account.
One person should use one account.

3. Unacceptable use

Using automation, scripts, cheat tools, or a modified build of the App
Attempting to manipulate scores, leaderboards, tournaments or challenges
Choosing a display name that is abusive, offensive or impersonates someone else
Overloading our infrastructure or attempting to bypass security measures
Reproducing or commercially exploiting the App's content, including question text

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

4. Wround Premium subscription

Premium covers removal of ads, unlimited challenges you can start, and access to every tournament.
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. The price is the one shown on the purchase screen and is charged to your store account.
It renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation is done in your store account's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Payment is taken by the store; we never see your card or bank details. Refunds are subject to that store's policy.
Premium may be improved over time. If its core benefit — no ads and unlimited use — were to be materially reduced, you would be told before your next renewal.

5. Advertising

In the free tier, an interstitial ad may be shown after a finished round. Ads are served through Google AdMob; see the Privacy Policy for details. Premium subscribers see no ads.

6. Content and intellectual property

All questions, text, design and software in the App belong to Wround. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially beyond personal use of the App.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but maintenance, updates and technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its update date, and material changes are announced in the App.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
